The new addition to the building's western side looks great!	The ground on the west end of Cooper is almost ready for the new sidewalk.
Insulation is being installed in this fourth floor apartment.	Here is another view of Cooper's fourth floor apartment.
A reworked fire escape is on its way up the south end of Cooper.	Framing has already begun inside the building's west end addition.
The new addition, currently being framed, will house two offices and a lobby area.
